Making A Purchase The fastest way for you to receive your order is to checkout online and submit payment by credit or debit card. Superformance uses a secure payment server, so you can rest assured that you can checkout your order securely.

We accept all major credit cards, which are processed via our online PDQ system.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All orders in the UK and EU are subject to VAT at 20%. If you are within the EU and have a VAT number, please include this in the "Additional Information" box during checkout and the VAT will not be added to your order
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are added to your invoice once your order has been packed. This enables us to
accurately calculate your shipping charges based upon the weight and destination of your parcel.

Payment is not taken until dispatch, when your final order total has been calculated.
Delivery Schedule Parts are securely packed using our reinforced boxes or high quality mailing bags, as appropriate.

Postage and packing costs are calculated after your order has been packaged and will be added to your invoice before your payment is processed, ensuring that the correct shipping charges are applied.

Goods are shipped using Parcelforce or Royal Mail, as appropriate. We also offer an upgraded Saturday, timed and Global Express (Fedex) services; please speak to our sales team if you would like to use these options (additional charges apply). Alternatively, specify this in the "Additional Comments" box when checking out your order and they will be automatically applied to your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We are sorry that your order is not what you were hoping for. Please read carefully below to find out what to do if you are thinking of returning your order.

The Superformance website operates a policy of accepting returns, provided that the spare parts and their packaging are received by us within 14 days in their original condition - this includes claims for shortages and damages:

Please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery, stating that you wish to make a return request/claim for a shortage and quote the account number and invoice number that was supplied with the parts. Upon receipt of your email:

•We will issue a unique returns number and returns address.
•Please return spare parts with their original packaging where feasible
•Once the spare parts are received back at Superformance and quality checked, your credit card/account will be credited.
•Spare parts that were specifically sourced following your order are deemed as special order and may not be returned for credit.
•Any item accepted for return after 14 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Superformance will reject any returns that have not received prior returns authority.



Damaged goods

If you are signing for delivery and the goods arrive damaged, you must refuse delivery and note on the courier's documentation that the goods arrived damaged. Without this, we cannot make a claim against the courier for damage in transit. You should then contact us with further information about the condition of the goods so that we can rectify the situation.
